Christmas Light Show Set to ‘Where Are You Christmas’
One family has pulled out all the stops with their exterior Christmas decorations, creating a magnificent lighting display perfectly timed to a holiday classic from the talented country singer Faith Hill.
The Christmas season is a spectacular time of year. Love, kindness, and charity seem to be in abundance on and in the days and weeks leading up to Dec. 25. But not only do people go all out with their kind acts during the holiday season, but also with their exterior lighting displays.
Every Christmas season, it appears and feels like families go above and beyond with their Christmas displays, trying to outdo what they did the prior year. The more extravagant, the better seems to be a popular way of thinking.
In a clip posted on YouTube, one family may have found a way to “outshine” all others. That is, of course, until their display next year or if some other ambitious family gets a glimpse this year. The Gustavsson family created a marvelous Christmas light display that works perfectly with Faith Hill’s “Where Are You Christmas?”
“Where are you Christmas?
Do you remember
The one you used to know?
I’m not the same one.
See what time’s done?”
The blue and lights shine and dazzle, creating a beautiful, calming and soothing display. Then, about halfway through the song, the lights change color. It goes from shades of blue and white to dark reds, white, and even some areas of green lighting.
As the lights dance along the lawn and on the house and garage, Faith’s official music video for “Where Are You Christmas?” plays on the right side of the screen.
The amount of work and talent that would have been necessary to create such a remarkable display is staggering. It shows that everyone has been blessed with different gifts.
Isaiah 9:6: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
